Police seeking suspect after Port Carling Scotiabank robbed

PORT CARLING, ON- The Scotiabank in Port Carling was robbed today.

According to the Bracebridge OPP, a man entered the bank along Maple Street at 4:00 p.m. today. He produced a weapon, and demanded cash. He left with an unknown amount of money, and was last seen running north from the bank.

He is described as white, approximately five feet and nine inches tall, wearing a grey hoody and grey sweatpants with writing across the rear “LOVE PINK”. He is wearing black glasses and had a black bandana over his face and was wearing red and black sneakers.

Police are investigating and ask that if any member of the public sees this person to not approach and call police.
