MUSKOKA, ON- Rain is coming to our area.
According to a special weather statement issued for Parry Sound-Muskoka and South River-Burk’s Falls, an area of rain has developed and is tracking east, over northern Lake Huron.
Rain, along with possible thunderstorms, is expected today with local rainfall totals of 30 to 50 millimetres possible by the evening. It should taper off to scattered showers late in the evening.
Residents are asked to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada.
