ARMOUR TOWNSHIP, ON – Charges have been laid after a driver hit a guard rail on an overpass in Almaguin Highlands.
The OPP says they got the call around 4:15pm yesterday when people were complaining about a white sports utility vehicle along Highway 11 near Burks Falls.
A 72-year-old man from North Bay was charged with impaired driving, and driving with an open container of liquor.
The man had no injuries and was released from police custody. He will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on Thursday, October 10th in Sundridge.
