Orillia OPP has charged three males with assault with a weapon and break and enter. They say it happened on Saturday at 4:21am at a Bay Street address. Officers were told three males had entered the residence wearing balaclavas and assaulted the tenant with a hammer and then left. The three Orillia residents have been arrested and have future court dates in Orillia. They also face Mischief under $5,000 and disguise with intent charges. Police believe the incident started after an altercation at a downtown restaurant or bar.
