Ontario Parks issues 30×30 challenge to cottage country residents and visitors

OTTAWA, ON – 30 minutes in nature a day, that is all it takes to best a province-wide challenge.

With the month of August started, Ontario Parks has issued the 30×30 challenge to anyone going to or near a park.

The idea behind the challenge is that people spend at least 30 minutes a day out in nature for 30 days.

According to officials, time in nature counts as anything from your own yard to a community garden or the countless provincial parks.

If you are looking to do the 30×30 challenge there are seven different provincial parks within an hours drive of cottage country.
