BALA, ON- Power is out in 94 homes in the Wahta Mohawk Territory this afternoon.
According to the Muskoka Lakes Fire Department, the service is responding to a brush fire at 2520 Muskoka Rd 38, started from a downed power line.
Drivers in the area are being asked to be cautious as there are firefighters and vehicles in the area.
A total of 94 customers have lost power, according to Hydro One. A repair crew is in the area, and work is ongoing to get the line fixed. Power is expected to be back online by 5:45 p.m.
