Power back up in Utterson, but over 5,000 still in the dark in Parry Sound

Hydro One has restored power in Utterson, but crews are still working on the outage in Parry Sound that has left over 5,000 customers without power. Hydro One says the cause is unknown at this time. Restoration time is estimated at about 7:30am.
