Bracebridge re-opening Bowyer’s Beach washrooms

BRACEBRIDGE, ON- Residents and visitors to Bracebridge will have more services available to them at Bowyer’s Beach.

The municipal government has announced the re-opening of the public washrooms at the site, which were worked on this spring after the town hired Dan French Custom Builder Muskoka to do the job.

Construction involved the dismantling and removal of interior block walls which were replaced with steel stud and drywall partitions between the rooms, and toilet partitions meant to be resistant to vandalism.

Located at 1019 Bowyer’s Beach Road, the park provides a view from Sandy Bay, Lake Muskoka and features a public beach, floating dock, washrooms, picnic tables and parking.

Residents were thanked for their cooperation and patience during the construction.
