The Town of Bracebridge is looking at increasing its development charges and seeks the public’s input on the move.
Development charges are paid by developers who are creating new housing or commercial buildings and helps to pay for a number of services provided by the town.
A meeting will be held Tuesday, May 7th at Council chambers to allow the public to review the proposed changes in the rates charged and policies surrounding development.
People wishing to make comment on the development charges should register through the Director of Corporate Services Lori McDonald.
