The District of Muskoka is cancelling its garbage collection today because of the dangerous weather conditions. Quinn Michell, Public Awareness Representative for the District of Muskoka says the trucks left this morning in an attempt to travel the roads, but ending up returning after the roads were deemed unsafe.
