New indestructible pantyhose top Impact Awards
Indestructible pantyhose made it to the podium at the Founders Circle Gala last night.
Sheertex took home the IMPACT award at the event held at the J.W. Marriott in Rosseau.
Sheertex has created the world’s toughest pair of sheer pantyhose. The company opened last September with two staff and has grown to 16 employees in just eight months.
The Bracebridge based company received praise from Mayor Graydon Smith, who said, “Muskoka has always been a hotbed for the entrepreneurial spirit and it has never been more evident than at the Impact Awards Gala.”
The Muskoka Founders Circle is a group of local business people who believe that economic development is the joint responsibility of government, business, and individuals.
Finalists for the 2019 awards included The Gamble Farm in Port Sydney, Muskoka Honey Bee Products in Dwight, Tooketree Passive Homes in Dwight, Beebagz in Huntsville, and Sheertex in Bracebridge.
