Andrew Reid back in court on charges related to a boat crash in June

A man charged in connection to the death of a McMurrich/Monteith couple is in court today. Andrew Reid is charged with negligence and careless operation of a vessel causing death. Almaguin Highlands OPP says in June Reid was driving a ski boat on Bartlett Lake in Ryerson and hit a pedal boat. Bozena Mercik had died on her way to hospital, while the body of her husband Zdzislaw was found a few days later.
