Top up your fluids before heading out

It’s a simple thing that can get you in big trouble on the highway.
Bracebridge OPP is reminding drivers to top-up the windshield washer fluid before hitting the road.
When you run out and the weather is wet, throwing dirty water on your windscreen can really reduce your vision.
Inevitably a person will then pull over to the side of the highway to clear the windshield, putting them in a dangerous situation.
Police also says to remember to wash your headlights with a squeegee and remove all ice and debris from lights and turn indicators.
