Gravenhurst’s newest mayor is inviting you to bend his ear.
Paul Kelly will be hosting the town’s annual ‘Open Door’ event next week at the municipal office. Kelly will be meeting with residents in an open forum to talk about concerns, ideas and thoughts on what he can do to improve life in Gravenhurst. The meetings will be on a first come, first serve basis from 9am until noon.
“I’m really looking forward to meeting more people from our community, having a friendly chat, growing relationships and helping to find solutions where possible,” says Kelly.
And this isn’t the only time you’ll get a chance to meet with the new mayor, as Kelly says he wants to make this a monthly affair.
“We’re looking at venturing out to the community as opposed to the public always having to come to Town Office,” says Kelly.
‘Open Door’ runs on Friday, January 25th. The schedule for the ongoing ‘Open Door’ series is expected released soon.
