BREAKING: Man in custody for jumping the fence of the White House today

On the same day Canada’s Capital is under lock down after a shooter stormed the Parliament buildings, a man is in custody for jumping the fence of  the White House.  The man jumped the fence of President Barack Obama’s executive mansion and struggled with security dogs before being caught by the Secret Service. The White House has reportedly been placed on lock down.  Few other details are available at this time.
