OTTAWA SHOOTINGS UPDATE #13: Police investigating Rideau shooting

Police are now pulling people out of the Rideau Centre.  There is a confirmed report of a shooting inside the Rideau Centre, a shopping centre directly east from Parliament Hill.  There’s no word at this point if there is a shooter inside the Rideau Centre.  Police are going into the shopping centre with guns drawn.  The media are being pushed back by police another block or so away from the area.
