Muskoka is breaking its own cold-weather record.
According to Environment Canada, the average temperature in the district dropped to -23.2. Before this, the record low for November 22nd was set at -21 in 2008.
The district came very close to beating it’s November 21st record low on Wednesday, as the temperature dropped to -17.4, just 0.1 higher than the 2008 record of -17.5.
The cold weather is expected to move on later today as we return to more seasonal norms.
