The day parole hearing for Marco Muzzo is set to run this week in Gravenhurst.
Muzzo, who is serving a 10-year sentence for impaired driving causing death, is now eligible for day parole, allowing him to look for work or volunteer positions. He would still need to return to Beaver Creek Institute where he’s being held currently or to a halfway house at night. He will be eligible for full parole next May.
Muzzo pleaded guilty in 2016 to causing a crash in Vaughan that killed three young children and their grandfather.
