TLDSB Makes the Switch to Peachjar E-Flyers

The school board is trying to make getting parents information more economical and environmentally friendly.

Through the school year, the Trillium Lakelands District School Board sends out information useful to parents and guardians. With 40 plus schools under their care, the board decided to switch to Peachjar, an E-flyer service, to speed up how soon the flyers go out.

According to a video posted to the TLDSB’s Twitter, the switch to Peachjar can save each school $36,000 a year on labour and distribution costs. As well. the use of E-flyers can save up to 9 trees a year from being cut down.
