Be careful where and when you park in Bracebridge, or you could get a ticket.

Winter parking rules are now in effect from now until April 15th. That means no parking on city roadways or parking lots overnight. If you forget it could cost you $35 and your vehicle could be towed.  Towing and storage could cost you another $125.

The overnight ban runs from 2:00am to 6:00am daily. People with visitors or requirements to park overnight on a temporary basis still have the option of the lot on Hiram Street near downtown.

The parking restrictions are to ensure free access for snow plows and other clearing equipment.

The Town says it doesn’t matter what the weather forecast says.  Even if there is no snow you could still get a ticket for parking overnight.
