A driver is facing charges after a vehicle took down a highway sign near Gravenhurst.
According to Bracebridge OPP, a vehicle hit the structure holding the sign on Highway 11 last night, knocking it down onto the road. A second vehicle wasn’t able to stop in time and crashed into the sign. Muskoka EMS and Gravenhurst Fire were called out to help, but no one was seriously hurt.
The driver who hit the sign structure is charged with careless driving and their license was suspended.
