Muskoka’s Moose FM stations raise over $90k for two hospital sites

Muskoka’s hospitals are getting a big funding boost thanks to an outpouring of community support.

Both 99.5 and 105.5 Moose FM reached out for donations with their annual hospital radiothons today raising money for the South Muskoka and Huntsville Hospital foundations.

The Bracebridge station was able to raise a total of $56,637 while Huntsville pulled in $34,455.

Officials from each of the hospital foundations are thanking the community for showing such generosity. The money will be used to continue updating medical equipment at each of the hospital sites.
