Harper: "May God bless them and keep our land glorious and free"

Prime Minister Harper has extended condolences to the families of two soldiers killed this week on Canadian soil. In his address to the nation, Harper said the days ahead will give an indication about whether there were more people involved in today’s attack on the Parliament building that left one soldier dead. Harper said that today’s events are a grim reminder that Canada is not immune to terrorist that attack our values as Canadians. He reminded Canadians that this country will not be intimidated but in fact will redouble efforts with our allies to fight terrorist organizations. Harper wrapped up his brief two minute speech by quoting the national anthem, “May God bless them and keep our land glorious and free.”
