The Ontario Ombudsman Andre Marin has announced his office is launching a full investigation into smart meter and billing related issues. Parry Sound-Muskoka MPP Norm Miller says he’s heard consistent complaints from his constituents. He says people deserve answers about their hydro bills, especially when there are obvious irregularities. A Petition Against Ontario Hydro Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/petitionagainstontariohydro) was created in December, where customers have posted complaints about over-priced hydro bills and irregularities.
