Full lockdown at Parliament Hill reinstated says Peterborough MP

A Peterborough, Ontario MP has sent a message through Facebook that a full lock down on Parliament Hill has been reinstated.  Dean Del Mastro sent a message minutes ago that police are still concerned there is a “real and present” safety threat in the area surrounding parliament.  He says Ottawa city buses are on the hill trying to get tourists who have been in lock down since 10 this morning out.  He calls the scene outside his office “surreal”.
