UPDATE THREE: T-Storm Warning Comes To End, T-Storm Watch, Wind Warning Remain
The thunderstorm warning for Bracebridge and Gravenhurst has come to an end.
There’s now a wind warning and a severe thunderstorm watch in place for Bracebridge, Gravenhurst, Huntsville, Baysville, Port Carling, Port Severn, Parry Sound, Rosseau, and Killbear Park.
Wind gusts are expected to get as high as 90 km per hour. Weather experts warn the strong winds have the potential to cause damage to homes, blow around dangerous debris and bring down hydro lines.
Thunderstorms could produce one or more of the following: large hail, damaging winds, torrential rainfall. They can also lead to tornados.
