With Thanksgiving near, now is the time to give back to our community. The Muskoka Oldtimers’ Fall Food Drive is happening tonight from 5pm to 8pm. Dozens of volunteers in hockey jerseys will be going door-to-door to collect grocery bags filled with non-perishable food items. All donations will go to the Bracebridge Manna Food Bank. The Muskoka Oldtimers’ Fall Food Drive has been around for nearly twenty years.
The following donations are needed:
- Canned: fish, fruit, meat, milk, pasta and pasta sauce, vegetables, baked beans
- Rice, crackers, cereal
- White sugar, flour
- Pasta, macaroni and cheese
- Powdered milk
- Peanut butter, jam
- School snacks
