Bracebridge first-degree murder case back in court on Monday

An update on a first-degree murder case in Bracebridge could be coming soon.

The preliminary hearing for Bryan Boland is scheduled to run on Monday at the Bracebridge courthouse. These hearings are often used to review evidence that could be used in a trial.

Boland was arrested and charged with murder after the body of his wife was discovered outside their Wellington Street home in May of 2017. He’s remained behind bars while his matter moves through court.
