First-degree murder charge dropped against Bracebridge man
A first-degree murder charge against a Bracebridge man is being dropped.
The Ministry of the Attorney General confirmed the charge against 45-year-old Jeff Caissey was withdrawn on Tuesday in Brampton.
Caissey was one of two men arrested and charged with murder in relation to a missing person investigation for 54-year-old David Fiedler of Mississauga. Fiedler was reported missing in December and his van was discovered a few days later in Peel Region.
