If you impress while singing in the shower, the Muskoka Rock Choir could be looking for you.
The ensemble is looking for new talent in Bracebridge and Huntsville for the upcoming season. The choir takes on rock and roll classics but with a more traditional approach to the musical arrangements.
They stress there is no need to audition or be able to read music. Just a love of singing is enough to potentially catapult you on to the stage.
Among the artists being featured this season are Steve Miller, Amy Winehouse, Phil Collins, The Eagles, and the Blues Brothers just to name a few.
Rehearsals in Huntsville start on Tuesday, September 4th from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Sutherland Hall.
Bracebridge rehearsals are slated for Wednesday, September 5th from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the United Church Auditorium.
