BC man accused of murder in Muskoka remains in custody

A man accused in the death of his father is staying behind bars.

On Monday, 30-year-old Adam Kehl of BC appeared at Bracebridge Court House. He’ll stay in custody and will appear in court next on September 4th.

Kehl was arrested over the weekend after the body of John Kehl was found on Kahshe Lake on Saturday. He was charged with second-degree murder, assault and indignity to a dead body.

The OPP is still asking witnesses to the crime to come forward with information.
