An Ottawa woman is facing charges after a crash closed Highway 60 in Algonquin Park.
OPP officers were called out to the park after a car and tractor-trailer collided on Wednesday afternoon. The woman driving the car was taken to the hospital with minor injuries and then later charged with careless driving. The truck driver wasn’t seriously hurt.
However, the truck was carrying diesel, which spilled out on the road and had to be cleaned up, causing a full road closure for a short time.
