The architect working on the design of the proposed power plant at Bala Falls says co-operation between all stakeholders will be needed to make sure something special happens for Bala.
Karl Stevens of Stevens Burgess Architects Ltd says he wants to create a building that fits into the landscape at the site and connects with the community. A final decision has not been made yet, but there is a main proposed design (Sketch B) in place….
