After nearly a decade, a piece of Bracebridge history is being re-opened to the public.
The major renovations of the Woodchester Villa have been completed, and the former museum is now expected to become a hub of activity as the newest event space in the town. Manager of Economic Development Randy Mattice says they have lots planned for the building including hikes, art classes and even ghost tours.
Deputy Mayor Rick Maloney, a big supporter of the ongoing project, says the town will now undertake a two-year plan to figure out the next steps for this historic building.
