MPP Miller tipped for new Role with Doug Ford Cabinet

MPP-elect for Parry Sound-Muskoka Norm Miller was honoured to learn on Friday that he has a new role as Parliamentary Assistant to Premier Doug Ford in Ford’s role as Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs.

“I look forward to hearing from Premier Ford exactly how he envisions my role and how he would like me to help bring change for the people of Ontario,” said Miller in a press release.

“And I have some ideas of ways in which I can use my legislative experience in this role to learn from other jurisdictions’ best practices in order to deliver services most effectively.”

Miller also took the opportunity to congratulate his colleagues named to Premier Ford’s Cabinet.

“I am pleased to see such a strong Cabinet that includes people like Vic Fedeli as Finance Minister, Christine Elliott as Minister of Health and Long-Term Care and Steve Clark as Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing,” said Miller.
