A preliminary hearing for Bryan Boland is coming near the end of the summer.
The Bracebridge man, accused of murdering his wife, will appear for the hearing on September 10th at Bracebridge Courthouse. Preliminary hearings are often used to review the evidence against the accused before the matter moves to trial.
Boland was arrested and charged with first-degree murder after the body of his wife was discovered in their driveway on Wellington Street just over one year ago. He was denied bail after his arrest.
