Township of Muskoka Lakes Councillor Terry Ledger has filed her nomination papers to vie for the top job of mayor in the coming municipal election this fall.
Ledger filed on Friday but will continue to serve as a councillor in Ward C.
Her first run in politics was in 2014, which netter her current post. She also runs a design studio in town. It was dealing with the local council for various projects that led to frustration and ultimately her running for a council spot.
