20-year-old man wanted by police now arrested

A 20-year-old man wanted by Barrie police has been arrested by the OPP. Early on Friday morning, police received a call of possible drunk driver on highway 400 North in Georgian Bay Township. Police responded and stopped the car near Twelve Mile Bay Road. A roadside investigation was done and police found crack cocaine and a quantity of cash. The suspect faces several charges including possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000 and substance for the purpose of trafficking. He will appear in court in the near future.
