Riding an ATV comes with a responsibility to protect yourself and others.
This message comes from the OPP as the police service recognizes ATV Safety Week. OPP Constable Catherine Yarmel says serious ATV crashes that lead to injuries and sometimes death can be caused by a few factors.
The OPP says it will continue to monitor ATV trails in Muskoka to make sure drivers are staying safe and sober. ATV Safety Week runs until June 10th.
