A New York man is making another trip back to Ontario for a court appearance.
Southern Georgian Bay OPP arrested the 25-year-old over the weekend after he was stopped by police in the Main Channel of Honey Harbour in Muskoka. Authorities say a standard boating equipment check became an impaired driving investigation.
The man was charged with driving while over the legal limit. He was released from custody with a promise to appear in court on June 21st to answer to his charges.
