Cogeco TV service will end in MacTier, Port Carling, Bala and surrounding areas on June 5th. Cogeco Senior Advisor, Public Relations Gabriel Beausejour says the cancellation of the service would affect close to 120 customers over 7 small communities in the MacTier area. Beausejour says Cogeco did a technical evaluation and explored the options before making the decision.
Beausejour says, 26 customers would be affected in MacTier. The cancellation of Cogeco service would shut down the cable service of MacTier arena and the public school.
