Huntsville is unveiling the newest extension to a popular local trail.
Town officials will cut the ribbon on the Hunters Bay Trail extension Friday afternoon. The extension offers floating trails, bridges and boardwalks and connects sections of the Hunters Bay Trail to the Trans Canada Trail.
The town is inviting everyone to attend the opening ceremony being held at one at the end of East Airport Road.
