Graydon Smith looks to keep his seat at the head of Bracebridge’s council table

Graydon Smith still has a lot more he’d like to get done in Bracebridge.

The mayor has officially filed his nomination papers looking for re-election in the upcoming municipal election. Smith says his experience serving on the Bracebridge council makes him the ideal choice.

That external representation includes recently being named as Chair of the Ontario Small Urban Municipalities Board. He is also currently serving as Vice-Chair for the Association of Municipalities of Ontario’s Health Task Force. Smith says if he is re-elected he wants to continue working on many of the issues faced by both Bracebridge and Muskoka residents.

Smith is currently the only candidate who has filed nomination papers for mayor in Bracebridge. The nomination period ends on July 27th. The municipal election will run on October 22nd.
