Highway 400 in MacTier is fully open following a two-week sap cleanup.
An environmental crew was called in after a transport truck rolled spilling the sap across the northbound lane in late April. According to the OPP, the driver was not hurt and was charged with careless driving.
The right northbound lane was closed during the cleanup.
