Four people are busted for growing pot after police searched a home in Severn Township. Early Friday morning, Orillia OPP executed a search warrant at a home on Port Severn Road in Severn Township. During the execution, police found twenty pot plants, along with dried pot and a sum of cash. Four people were arrested including two from Severn Township, one from Georgian Bay, and one from Midland. Police have charged all four suspects with production of marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking. They were all released on a promise to appear in Orillia court on October 28th.
