Kids failing a test, a course or tryouts are a normal part of growing up. That’s the message an information night on raising resilient children hopes to send. It’s happening next month in Bracebridge and is hosted by clinical psychologist Dr. Alex Russell. He works with kids and adults, as well as schools and teachers. The speech also tackles strategies parents can implement to make sure their kids are emotionally prepared to deal with life’s challenges.

The parent’s night is free, and is happening on May 23rd in Lindsay and May 24th in Bracebridge. Parents who would like to attend are asked to RSVP online.
