Crash in Lake of Bays leads to impaired charges for a Calgary man

A Calgary man faces impaired charges after a crash in Lake of Bays. The Huntsville OPP says on Friday just after 10pm there was a single car crash on Muskoka Road 117. The SUV went into the ditch at Old Highway 117. The driver wasn’t injured. Police arrested the man with impaired driving, having too much alcohol in his blood. The driver has a 90-day licence suspension and his car was impounded for seven days. He’s in court in November.
