Before setting a trial date, the court needs to review the evidence against Charles Hayhoe.
The Huntsville man is accused of second-degree murder in the death of 45-year-old Michel Earl. Hayhoe was arrested last April after Earl died from assault injuries.
Court officials will be meeting for a preliminary hearing tomorrow morning to make sure there is enough evidence to move to a trial.
