The OPP is charging a 23-year-old Gravenhurst man with robbery. It was reported that a male went to the IDA Pharmacy in Gravenhurst on Thursday and gave a note to the pharmacy counter demanding narcotics. He then fled the scene immediately.
The Bracebridge Community Street Crime Unit conducted an investigation which led to an arrest on Thursday.
The man is being charged with robbery, failure to comply with probation requirements and failure to appear in court.
The accused is in custody for a bail hearing and will appear before a Bracebridge court to answer to the charge.
