Camp Muskoka Clothing helps send local kids to camp

A local business has rallied to help send local kids to camp. Camp Muskoka Clothing raised $533 at this year`s Bracebridge Midnight Madness Dunk Tank and then matched it. On Monday they’ll present a $1,066 cheque to the District Municipality of Muskoka`s Summer Camp Funding Program to help send children from local low-income families to camp. The cheque presentation is happening at noon September 8th at the Camp Muskoka Clothing store, located at 6 Manitoba Street. Muskoka’s Commissioner of Community Services Rick Williams, the District’s Manager of Children’s Programs Christina Kilbourne and Camp Muskoka Founder & CEO Scott Creed will all be on hand for the presentation.
